The Kingdom of Skies is made up of towers and towns. It's a noisy, bustling, hustling place where everyone is out for themselves.

Rulers are elected by upper families and those deemed worthy (ie - the rich and influential). Although voted to lead, rulers still hold the title of king or queen.

Those of the Skies are insular, proud and protective of their land, and view outsiders with suspicion.
